Word From The President

The 708 Community Mental Health Board of Clinton County works on behalf of our citizens to ensure access to a comprehensive system of behavioral health and other social service providers. Our goal is to ensure that local tax dollars are distributed in a manner that maximizes the quality and array of services available. Listed here are the agencies receiving funding. FUNDING APPLICATIONS CURRENTLY BEING ACCEPTED

The Clinton County Community Mental Health (708) Board responds to local mental health needs, in part, through the provision of funding to organizations providing treatment and advocacy for persons with DSM diagnoses, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, sexual assault and other behavioral health needs.New funding applications will be accepted through May 31, 2024 for the funding period December 1, 2024 – November 30, 2025. Applications are to be submitted electronically to 708board@clintonco.illinois.gov. Applicants should plan to attend the 708 Board meeting on June 13 at 6:00 pm in the Clinton County Board Room. Questions should be directed to the administrator at the same email address or by phone at 618-616-9561. Application materials can be found on the board’s website.

Clinton County 708 Mental Health Board 2024 Regular Meeting Schedule

The Clinton County 708 Mental Health Board will meet the second Thursday at 6:00 p.m. in the months of September, December, March, and June. All meetings will be held at the Clinton County Courthouse Conference Room unless otherwise noted.

2024 meeting dates as follows: March 14, June 13, September 12 and December 12.
