Sourced from unirrigated Mendoza clones averaging 30 years old, the grapes are cold pressed and fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness. Around 30% of the wine is aged in puncheons and barrels, adding depth, complexity, and a subtle smokiness. The result is a Chardonnay that reflects Nelsons unique terroir, with its hallmark notes
