Aromas of chargrilled mango skins and toasted banana with waves of dusty coal smoke explode out of the glass. An initial tropical sweetness plays on the tongue with flavours of passion fruit and baked mango which compliments the dusty, dark smoke with cola and ginger. The peat evolves into a rich tobacco and cherry jam.
