Excellent with hearty fish dishes, veal and pork. Bright yellow. Intense bouquet of dried apricots and quince jelly, followed by a delicate note of smoke, hyacinths and some bourbon vanilla. Seductive baby pineapple, sandalwood, white pepper and hints of peach and ripe Chardonnay aromas on the palate.
