This one, in the mid Willamette Valley, attracted my eye and inspired me with the thick swaths of color. The textured paint, impressionistic styling and colorful original 12" X 12" oil on canvas painting encourages you to stop and stare for a while. Even the cloud line up against the Cascade Range makes one wonder if they are actual mountains or just the clouds stirring.
