Custom Spectrum Holdings Report XO You can use the (UL/DLThe Spectrum Holdings Report details the amount of spectrum owned or controlled by a carrier in each of the mobile or satellite frequency blocks. The report can be provided listing each carrier's spectrum holdings by county, EA market, CMA market, or PEA market. With this report, you can select one, two, or eight carriers to be included in the report. Special Instructions: For each of the reports, input in the Special Instructions box the carrier or
