In the center hangs a cross pendant made of coral and diamonds. The pendant is adorned with circular coral beads, each of which is embellished with a rose cut diamond. This piece dates back to the 1840s 1860s. Coral was historically gifted for two main purposes: to commemorate the birth of a daughter or as a wedding gift. Ancient Romans believed it held protective
