The aroma it has to offer is of cinnamon rolls, fresh sweet oak and a hint of mint in the background. To the palate it delivers a silky mouth coating of banana, malt biscuit and classic sherry oak depth. The finish is long and balanced with finishing notes of ground spice, dried fruit and soft Scottish tablet with a minor peat smoke note.
