Filey Bay Sherry Cask Reserve #5 Single Malt Whisky 70cl Bodegas Borsao yet maintains a structured depthThis marriage of whiskies, matured in two types of ex Sherry casks, balances the distillery's signature character with some of its rarest maturing stocks. The ex Moscatel casks contribute a brighter character and a subtle creaminess, while the ex Pedro Ximenez casks impart richness, dried fruits, and festive flavours that are highly appreciated in this style of whisky.
