It is a single barrel Bourbon made from Texas grown corn, rye, barley, and wheat. The whiskey is distilled and then aged for at least three years in single oak barrels before being bottled at 94 proof. It is a full bodied whiskey with notes of dried fruits, caramel, toasted oak, rye spice, and a hint of smoke.
