Pilton Road Trip Region_Spain an explosion of liquoriceFeaturing Tremlett's Bitter & Brown's Apple; grown in the south somerset parish of Haselbury Plucknett. Fermented with Metschnikowia pulcherrima, partly in burgundy and in rum barrels. Caramel on the nose, smooth white wine mouthfeel, delicate tannins, long after taste, off dry. Presented still, in a wine bottle with cork and white wax (Corkscrew required). The label was drawn in 1916 by my great grandfather, as a fantasy journey, looking forward to a
