Barbaresco 'Gallina', La Spinetta [wood cs] 2007 Bottle:1 they are not only attractiveColor: light ruby red Bouquet: elegant hints of raspberry, mulberries and fresh flowers Taste: strong and elegant, with hins of small red berries and spices. Tannins are soft and well marked. Aromas of celery, grilled vegetables and eucalyptus oil form the unusual nose. The full bodied assertive palate offers the merest suggestions of prunes soaked in spirits, menthol, powdered sage and a hint of roasted coffee bean.
