ALBA VINEYARDS ROSA sku_1296835 properly fruity aromasOur Alba Rosa was the first "blush wine" to be produced in New Jersey back in 1984. We used the Marechal Foch grape (simply called Foch here) because when it is lightly pressed and fermented cool, it makes a wine with a delicious strawberry raspberry character. Over twenty years later, we still make it the same way, except that we now blend the Foch with Cayuga White (a Pinot Blanc hybrid from Cornell University,) which contributes a delicious
