The wine fills the palate and lingers with chocolate and darker fruits meeting the bold tannins to linger

On the palate, tangerine and spices and a tannic mouthfeel with a slight acidity. Perfect as an aperitif, it also pairs well with fish dishes such as lobster with saffron, or small game meat.
