The sugar in the anis crystalizes around the branch giving it the look of a crystalized tree. This cordial may be mixed into specialty cocktails or served very chilled on its own. The Montanha brand is produced in the city of Anadia, Portugal by Caves da Montanha, one of the most prestigious wineries in Portugal.
