Domaine Bernard Defaix Chablis Vaillons 2019 skus_4095644 because they’re made with realThere is a deft touch of wood surrounding the white orchard fruit and honeysuckle aromas that have glimpses of oyster shells poking through. The rich, forward, and relatively generous flavors possess a seductive mouth feel and excellent complexity on the dry finish. A little bit of almond paste on the nose, then an exceptional weight of fruit, pink grapefruit with a touch of sucrosity, amazing volume of fruit for a petit chablis.
