MASON CELLARS SAUVIGNON BLANC Bottle:1 due to the long ageing

due to the long ageing

Esencia de Agave optimizes the true essence and flavor of the agave for a smoother Tequila of exceptional taste and character

A short maceration on the skins and extended time on the lees results in a textured wine with a subtle tannic grip that can complement dishes built on multiple ingredients or feature complex flavors

A good value wine

MASON CELLARS SAUVIGNON BLANC Bottle:1 due to the long ageingMason Sauvignon Blanc This is a Sauvignon Blanc that Goldilocks would have liked (after she reached legal age); its not too soft; its not too crisp; its just right. Made in a style thats very food friendly, it has flavors of grapefruit and melon with notes of honey and tropical fruit. Its tasty enough to drink on its own as well.
