Distilled in September 2003, matured in refill Oloroso sherry casks and bottled in July 2018. 9,000 bottles were produced. Non chillfiltered and bottled at a cask strength of 57. 8%. Nose: Very fruity! Toffee apples, pears and strawberry chocolates in the background; salted popcorn kernels, mint leaves and honey. Palate: Salty and coastal,
