CAN is a 50 50 blend of Listn negro and Vijariego negro grapes, grown on hillside vineyards at a height of 380 metres above sea level. Listn negro is from old vines and 50% are planted using the multiple braided cordon system, traditional in Orotava, and the rest using the Cordon Royat trellising system.
