Matured for 18 years, initially in American white oak bourbon casks before a portion was transferred into Oloroso sherry casks. When both elements reached 18 years, they were married back together. Bottled at 43%. OFFICIAL TASTING NOTES Nose: Rich, rounded and sweet with dried fruits and a complex floral fragrance. Palate: The taste
