Produced by nationally recognised producer Yolan Tirta in Topidi Village, Malino, Sulawesi, this washed lot is a beautiful example of the clarity and consistency that has made his coffees some of our favourites. Roasted medium light for espresso, it delivers a remarkably clean cup with a soft, approachable sweetness. Expect rich palm sugar sweetness with a deep, umami like
