Aged for 18 years in bourbon casks before finishing in red wine casks, this skillfully combines the distillerys gentle smoke with the casks hefty aromas. Nose to begin, enjoy creamy vanilla yoghurt with hazelnut overtones. A subtle mineral note emerges from behind, complementing sweet spiced bread, orange peel, brown sugar, and white pepper. Finally, a toffee
