Crafted from grapes grown in the cool climate Elgin Valley in South Africas Overberg region, where the unique terroir imparts freshness and complexity. The wine is 100% open fermented to enhance its vibrant character, followed by 12 months of maturation in second fill French oak barrels to integrate flavours and soften the
