Sebastien Dampt, Chablis Vintage:2020 fruity Barolo to drink young(from vines in Milly). Cooler aromas include those of mineral reduction, green apple and salty ocean breezes. There is an interesting mouthfeel to the middle weight flavors that are at once caressing but quite punchy while the sneaky long finish almost disappears and then returns as it sits on the palate. While this would benefit from having a bit more depth, its already quite attractive and worth considering.
