The High Road Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 Sherry Cask the rye is in evidenceDESCRIPTION Crafted predominantly from Cabernet Sauvignon (96%) with a small addition of Petit Verdot (4%), this wine draws fruit from selected vineyards across Stellenbosch. Fermentation was followed by 12 months maturation in French oak barrels, allowing structure and complexity to integrate with fruit purity. Bottled at 14. 5%. (Bottle size 750ml) TASTING NOTES Nose: Deeply aromatic, with concentrated notes of dark plum, cassis, and ripe blueberry.
