They have height adjustment and are swivel tilt (some have tilt lock as well, but not all of them) and tension adjustment. The leather is in good condition on these chairs, with just a few having small scuff marks along back edges. These chairs look great and are very comfortable for use as executive or conference chairs. We are selling them for $179 each.
