It is elaborated from 25% Chardonnay for the elegance and fineness, 50% Pinot Noir (some of which is vinified in red wine) for the structure, and 25% Meunier for the fruity. An addition of 20% of reserve wine brings a great balance with the years harvest in order to perpetuate and recognize the style of Perrier Jout. Tasting notes
