I wanted to show the color of the location as well as the activity on the sidewalk including the bicycles

This painting shows a red Shelby GT500 convertible parked beside a wall ad for Mel Burns Ford, one of the largest Shelby dealers of the 60s. That advertisement shows an ad for an early GT350 and offers a high contrast background for the red Shelby.
