Tokara XO Potstill Brandy World Whisky Only 165 bottles were producedProduced at the Tokara Winery near Stellenbosch, the base wine for this brandy is made from Chenin Blanc grapes. Distilled in a copper Pruhlo Alambic potstill, the traditional cognac double distillation process is followed. Matured in 300 litre French Limousin oak barrels for a minimum of 10 years, with some barrels maturing as long as 16 years. Bottled at 40%. (Bottle size 750ml) Nose: Fresh vanilla pod, cinnamon and nutmeg greet you on the nose.
