Rosebank 31 Year Old Luna dark chocolate and some pepperDESCRIPTION The second release in a series of annual, limited editions from the Rosebank distillery in the Lowlands, bottled by Ian Macleod Distillers (who bought the closed distillery in 2017 and re opened it in 2024 after extensive renovations). Each release is selected from the old remaining casks, leading up to the first new Rosebank spirit. Distilled in 1990 (three years before the distillery closed), matured for 31 years in a combination of
