Miriam Haskell (1899 1981) became famous for her fine and affordable costume jewellery, which is now highly collectable and much sought after. Her jewellery was worn for publicity shots, films, and personal use by movie stars Joan Crawford, Lucille Ball, Gloria Vanderbilt and the Duchess of Windsor.
