These were known in the hobby a long time ago as Grammostola aureostriata

A large fossorial species from Thailand that can reach 6+ inches as adults

however in my experience there was quite a bit of cannibalism

Chaetopelma karlamani 1/2” Home & Living Size: 6" x 4" xsize 1 2 A new species to the U. S. hobby that was described in 1997 by Patrick Vollmer. Native to Northern Cyprus, This rare species lives in rock crevices and reaches 3 4 inches as adults. Not a lot of info on this species and the description is in German. Very limited numbers on these. Great project for someone looking to breed something new.
