El Mayor 25th Anniv Extra Anejo - 750ml Moet & Chandon A fine boned Chardonnay thatMaster distiller Rodolfo Gonzalez has personally selected 25 barrels to celebrate El Mayor's silver jubilee. Like all El Mayor Tequilas, the limited edition is distilled from 100% blue weaver agaves and then matures for 39 months in ex bourbon casks. The aroma convinces with a finely balanced scent of cooked agave as well as subtle notes of vanilla and red berries. The taste goes perfectly with the aroma and brings out elegant notes of cooked agave,
