Rare 'Straight-Lite' Articulating Task Lamp, England. 1950s. SAD Designs Height: 20cm / Width: 17cmAn amazing and very rare task lamp with strip light fitting, suitable for desk table as well as wall mounting. Known as the 'Straight Lite', made in Britain in typical Industrial Modernist fashion, featuring an all brass construction. Two sturdy mounting brackets allow for installation, with hardwiring not necessary due to the plug in configuration with in line switch. Most useful for table top work, whether mounted to the wall above or on the writing
