Le Potazzine Rosso di Montalcino 2020 Bitters Flavour: Rich but restrained maltyComing from the same vineyards as the Brunello, this Rosso is spontaneously fermented using natural yeast and aged for 12 months in Slavonian oak. This 2020 vintage is a very complex version of Rosso di Montalcino, marked by a wide range of aromas, from redcurrant and little red fruits to licorice and spice. It is sapid, mineral, with a long persistence and a great ageing potential: a Rosso di Montalcino enjoy over the next between 2022 to 2042.
