Bird Rectangular Embroidered Pillow ornament The design features whimsical birds"Embroidered designs of birds in geometric patterns that represent the nature of Guatemala and its traditional customes." This work of art was designed and hand stitched by Ana Mara Quexel Gonzlez, member of the Sumpango embroidery group. The embroidery is done in a variety of stitches in earth tones and green and blue. The design is a combination of birds, geometrics and fauna on a deep indigo fabric. Beautiful on the couch or the bed.
