Made to enjoy for each summer season that it was harvested in. Due to minimal intervention, there will be sediment and no sulphur was added. Subtle berry notes and a good, long, dry finish. Tasting Notes: Expect pomegranate, fynbos (a type of local vegetation), and delicate brioche aromas. The bubbles are lively, and the wine has aging potential while remaining enjoyable in its youth.
