Produced in a low intervention, Brut Nature style with little to no dosage, it emphasizes purity and terroir expression. The wine opens with aromas of lemon zest, green apple, and white flowers, layered over subtle brioche and chalk notes from barrel fermentation and lees aging. On the palate it is precise
