The classic Mexican cocktail made with fresh lime, tequila and triple sec (orange liqueur). Not to be confused with flavoured and frozen margaritas often served in giant glasses, the classic straight up margarita is a much more refined and balanced drink. Shortier, punchier and balanced between the sweetness of the orange liqueur, the sourness of the lime and the herbaceous tequila. Drink
