The malts were vatted together in 1983 using 8 single malts distilled in 1975

sweet and fruity from the opening of the bottle into the glass

Aged in       ex-Limousin and ex-sherry oak

Nose: Sweet and very fruity with hints of candy and toffee apples

The Rooster years are as follows 1921, 1933, 1945, 1957, 1969, 1981, 1993 these dates will be pre and post ceramic decanters. Nose: Sweet caramel and autumnal berries, some light peach and cherry with a soft honey. Palate: Rich and very smooth, toffee and hints of almonds with a candy shell, white chocolate
