Men of few words, but always precise and profound, they embody the wisdom of the countryside, or rather of the vineyard. The Humbert Frres estate has always been a family affair, with the two brothers, cousins of the Dugats, taking charge of it since 1989. They cultivate around 7 hectares of vineyards around Gevrey Chambertin, all owned by
