It is naturally this dark in color and is in no way heat treated or altered from its natural state! It is double terminated, self healed and has tiny druzy quartz all over a couple of its sides. I'll be honest, the self healed points are insane, it is rare to see such large crystal points on a self healed crystal! Double Terminated Crystals have points or terminations on both ends of the crystal.
