After hiking three miles and coming out of the forest

A WINTER WALK THROUGH THE PARK APRIL oak and hophornbeam trees ofAfter receiving 2 3 inches of snow overnight, I set out to photograph this recent snowfall along Eakin Creek West on this 2nd day of the New Year. The temperature was in the mid 20's with little to no wind and overcast conditions. After photographing the creek for about an hour, I came upon these burr oak trees highlighted by the snowfall on the branches that always make for a beautiful scene. (684 3428)
