It is made with local juniper berries and aromatic mountain herbs. It smells intensely of fresh juniper which of course brings to mind London Dry Gin. On the palate it is lightly sweet and bright with botanical complexity. It can be enjoyed neat or over ice as an after dinner sipper or mixed into cocktails.
