Does include an end cap (#15 83 C). Made in USA. Turbine has a 6 month warranty. Instructions for Midwest Tradition Turbine (PDF): First, unscrew end cap and remove the turbine from handpiece head with the wrench provided. Push it out the front. Inspect handpiece head for foreign material and debris, then remove if present.
