Crafted using a recipe of 50% unmalted and 50% malted barley matured in a combination of virgin oak, ex wine and ex bourbon barrels. An abundance of orchard fruit flavours with a hint of peppery spice! Aromas of fresh fruits, grapefruit, toasted wood and a hint of cinnamon spice. On the palate are stewed apples and pears, honey with cooked grains, white pepper on the tongue and oiliness on the mouth.
