The ending was a bit too upbeat for my taste in a noir, but I enjoyed this one

Some Gen Xers today look back fondly at the days when they would light up a cigarette when they needed an escape or a distraction to kill dead timetoday they light up their iPhones and start doomscrolling

Although I don't completely agree with the premise that people under 18 won't be able to access cigarettes if not for quick commerce platforms, it just goes on to show the laziness of our our govt and regulatory bodies who just know to hike taxes on certain products to discourage it's usage

But it may just be that cannabis users inhale more deeply, and then hold the smoke in longer, which can end up depositing four times more tar in the lungs, amplifying exposure to these carcinogens
