Uses cheap sanding sleeves which can purchased at many hardware or big box stores. Once installed, the machine doesn't need to be set again and the replacement sleeve is only about a buck, vs another $40 for a new Hudy drum. You get the drum (with sanding sleeve), a precision 3mm axle and a spacing sleeve to make it a direct bolt in replacement. Some basic instructions are included. 611
