The pattern was created by photographing palm plants thriving in cities, such as palm trees planted along roadsides and lady palm plants tucked into shaded gaps between buildings. The silhouette and pleating are kept simple to allow the pattern, photographed in high definition, to be appreciated in its original form. This eye
