A short skin soak extracts lots of tropical and citrus fruit. This starts with the aforementioned aromatics before a creamy palate takes over. This is so well made I'd much rather drink this than quite a fair bit of Champagne. Honestly reckon this might age a treat too. ABV: 11. 5%
